MIXLE operates on an invitation-only basis to ensure quality service for all our members. To join:

  • Fill out the application form with your details
  • Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days
  • Once approved, you'll receive login credentials via email

Yes! MIXLE serves artists and rights holders globally. We support payments in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, and more. However, some payment methods may have regional restrictions.

Royalties & Earnings

Your royalties are calculated based on your contract terms and the revenue generated by your music. This includes:

  • Streaming royalties from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
  • Download sales from digital stores
  • Sync licensing fees
  • Performance royalties

Your specific share percentage is defined in your contract with your label or distributor.

Royalty statements are typically processed quarterly, but this may vary based on your contract. You'll receive a notification when new statements are available in your dashboard. You can view detailed breakdowns of your earnings at any time.

Royalty payments involve multiple parties (streaming platforms, distributors, labels) and typically have a 2-3 month reporting delay. This is standard in the music industry as platforms need time to compile accurate data and process payments through the distribution chain.

Withdrawals & Payments

MIXLE supports multiple payment methods including:

  • Bank Transfer (Wire/ACH): Direct deposits to your bank account
  • PayPal: Fast transfers to your PayPal account
  • Wise: Low-fee international transfers
  • Cryptocurrency: USDT and other supported tokens

Available methods may vary by region.

The minimum withdrawal amount varies by payment method:

  • Bank Transfer: $50 USD
  • PayPal: $25 USD
  • Wise: $25 USD
  • Cryptocurrency: $10 USD equivalent

Withdrawal processing times vary:

Advances

Advances are early payments against your future royalty earnings. If you need funds before your royalties are due, you can request an advance based on your expected earnings. The advance is then recouped from your future royalty payments.

Advance eligibility is based on:

  • Your historical earnings and royalty patterns
  • Active contracts with consistent revenue
  • Account standing and history
  • Current outstanding advances (if any)

You can view your eligible advance amount in your dashboard.

Advance terms vary based on the amount and your profile. Typical terms include:

  • Interest rates based on recoupment period
  • Automatic recoupment from future royalties
  • No prepayment penalties

Full terms are displayed when you request an advance.

Account & Security

To enable 2FA:

  • Go to Settings in your dashboard
  • Click on "Security" tab
  • Toggle "Two-Factor Authentication" on
  • Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  • Enter the verification code to confirm

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for enhanced security.

To reset your password:

  • Go to the login page
  • Click "Forgot Password"
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Check your email for the reset link
  • Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
